TTProNet (operated by Gardos Pronet SL) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, profile details), information generated through your use of the platform (messages, posts, lesson progress, bookmarks), and technical data such as device identifiers, IP address, browser, and language preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, personalize your experience, deliver notifications you have opted into, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and our services.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard safeguards. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where required by law, with your explicit consent, or with service providers that process it on our behalf under strict confidentiality terms: hosting (DigitalOcean), payments (Stripe, and Apple or Google for in-app purchases), email delivery and member communications (Klaviyo), and, subject to your cookie choices, analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta). 6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect your account; they are always on. Everything else is off until you choose otherwise on the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer. If you accept Analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, where visitors come from, sign-ups and purchases). If you accept Advertising, we use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools to measure whether our advertising led to a sign-up or membership. These services set cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _fbp, _fbc) and may receive, in addition to information about your visit, a hashed (irreversible) form of your email address and your account identifier so that events can be attributed correctly. Independently of cookies, we use Klaviyo to send you emails about your membership and to keep a profile of your account and activity on the platform (such as courses you enrol in), which lets us send you relevant information. Google, Meta and Klaviyo may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to restrict or object to processing.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal and operational requirements. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
9. Children's Privacy
TTProNet is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact support and we will delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. The latest version will always be available on this page.
